Too many of us are under the false impression that Breast Cancer is a mature woman’s disease and it’s not a disease that affects women in their twenties. Wrong! These days doctors are encouraging young women to perform regular breast exams for early detection. If you’ve never performed a self breast exam or are unsure if you’re performing them correctly, here is a short non-awkward video.
